Save, Share, and Collaborate Using Diagrams on Box^®

One of the many ways to save and share your SmartDraw diagram is using Box^®. You can quickly connect SmartDraw to your Box^® account and save and open diagrams directly from SmartDraw.

Use your Box account to collaborate with your team or you can also share your diagram by simply emailing anyone a link.

In SmartDraw Online Edition

1. On the home screen, click "Add Service", and choose Box.
2. A new browser window will open and prompt you to login to your Box account.
3. Agree to grant SmartDraw access to your Box account by clicking "Authorize".
4. You can now save any diagram to Box using "Save As" in the File tab.

In SmartDraw for Windows Desktop

1. Choose "Save As" from the File menu and simply navigate to the Box^® folder on your computer and save your document.
2. Once you have a SmartDraw diagram saved on Box^®, SmartDraw will automatically add Box^® as an option when you go to open files.
